Note: November 9th class will be a special Master-Class with an invited choreographer (TBA) performing in the “Small Streams-2” concert, November 7th & 8th.
No class November 30 th -Thanksgiving Sunday
The Modern Technique classes of both Diane Germaine and Ka-Ron Brown- Lehman utilize classical placement principles combined with curves, spirals, contractions, and parallel movements. (The formats of both their classes incorporate a barre'.) Their styles focus on phrases with layered rhythms, multiple dynamics, quick changes of direction, extreme stretch, liquid plier's and light jumps, and aim to build endurance, strength, and a facile, skilled technique for all dancers. The phrases and combinations are designed by (or are from the repertories of) either Ms. Germaine or Ms. Lehman.
The classes are designed for professional and advanced level (no beginners) and can accommodate 20 participants. $15.00 single class
