Below are some opportunities for you to get involved! Our Volunteer Work-Exchange program lets you help support CDT while you earn free dance classes and/or show tickets!

Weekly volunteers receive unlimited free classes. Short-term project volunteers receive credit for classes or concert tickets based on number of hours.

We are taking applications for front desk beginning in August or Sept. No current need.
Get free unlimited classes in exchange for working at the front desk weekly. This position is for a friendly person who will be in charge of the building once a week, arriving half an hour before the first class and staying until the last class is finished. Duties include checking in students to classes, collecting fees, filling out paperwork and keeping accurate records. An ideal candidate will have taken one or more classes at CDT and have some familiarity with CDT’s programs, though anyone can apply (adults only). Get free unlimited classes in exchange for maintenance/handyman work and some cleaning of the College Hill Town Hall for about 2 hours weekly. After a brief training, this position has flexible hours, and most of the work is done independently. General handyman skills are needed, as most training in this area is not provided. Applications are accepted anytime for various projects. These are the most flexible positions since they allow you to choose opportunities to earn free classes, if you wish.
PAINTING – IMMEDIATE NEED for short-term projects!
We are looking for anyone who has done any type of interior painting before and can work independently on this simple project, using either a brush or a roller. Do just a couple of hours of painting, or many more, depending on how many classes you would like to earn. Contact email@example.com or leave a message at (513) 591-1222 (email preferred).

POSTCARD LABELING AND TAKING POSTERS TO BUSINESSES AROUND TOWN
This is a project that happens periodically for each of our Guest Artists shows. Email email@example.com if interested and we will let you know when these projects become available, usually about a month before each show. We are are able to offer a thank you gift of free tickets for the shows or free classes!
We occasionally need help in tidying up the office and filing items from the past season! Email firstname.lastname@example.org if interested! We are are able to offer a thank you gift of some free classes!
GENERAL MAINTENANCE / HANDYMAN / HANDYWOMAN
If you can do things such as fix screens, simple painting projects, fix holes in drywall or plaster, or similar maintenance, we would love your help. Depending on your skills and your time and availability, we will give you assignments. Let us know what your skills are and we can see if we have some jobs for you.
