PTA Artists: Roy W. Jones & Chris Lee

ROY W. JONES & CHRIS LEE  – Musicians, Singers & Songwriters

Roy W. Jones is a Cincinnati native, a Renaissance artist, and has been a musician, songwriter, visual artist, performing poet, published author, and game designer for several years. His original musical genres range from bluesy folk tales, self-reflective classic rock anthems, to things that defy categorizations, with crafted lyrics and earworm choruses. His band, Vinylraptors, put out an album “Variety Show” that is available on most online audio services, which showcases much of this diversity of expression. On Facebook, his page is “theCreativeRoy” https://www.facebook.com/theCreativeRoy/.

Chris Lee is an accomplished musician with local ties to the community, and several years of experience, going back to the 80’s. He has played in a few different bands during his music career, such as the Snaggle Tooth Band, and he has performed outside of the Greater Cincinnati Area on numerous occasions. In recent years, Chris has made the transition to singer/acoustic guitarist. Furthermore, he’s currently working on various music projects, including hosting, emceeing and playing at Open Mic night at Lydia’s on Ludlow on Thurs. evenings. You can check out more of his work on Facebook: www.facebook.com/ChrisLeeAcousticMusic.
